Employee of the Quarter- Quarter 3

Our winner for employee of the quarter, Q3 2015 goes to Stephen Hoang, Senior Account Executive at affilinet. He was chosen for enthusiastic attitude but also for the great work across his accounts specifically with Publisher recruitment.

Below are some comments from the team recognising Stephen’s hard work:

“Stephen has exactly the type of attitude that helps make a great account executive or manager – he is thorough, happy to volunteer, keen to learn and responsive. Over the past quarter I have noticed that Stephen is willing to go the extra step for clients and always quick to feedback to his colleagues.  He has also inadvertently created a new form of personality measurement – the Stephen scale, with 0 being very negative, and 10 being Stephen.”

“He is always very enthusiastic and involved when it comes to making the most out of publisher opportunities and is always the first to feedback on anything without having to be asked or reminded. He is great to work with and always in such a positive mood, even when stressed. He is a good team player, always getting involved and makes an effort with everyone.”

“Stephen’s really taken to growing his accounts this quarter and his enthusiasm is second to none. He’s fast becoming the most attentive account manager which others may not be aware of, but he responds to every single publisher opportunity I present, and he’s very attentive in every meeting.

Congratulations to Stephen, we hope you like your prize.

Congratulations must also go out to our runners up this quarter Vicky Bruce and Jodie Carr who were rewarded with a voucher and a bottle of wine to celebrate.
