Getting to know Peter Musumeci, Consultant at affilinet.

PeterPeter has recently joined our team as a Consultant. I decided to ask him a few questions about his new role and see how he is settling into the team, find out more below.

You recently joined affilinet what do you think so far? Was it what you expected?

My first impressions of affilinet have been extremely positive. It has been great to be involved in some big projects from the onset. So far it has been exceeding my expectations and I am sure that it will continue to do so.

Tell us a bit about your new role and what it involves?

I have joined affilinet as a Sales Consultant. My responsibility is to generate and develop new business opportunities for affilinet. This role involves being extremely proactive and really getting to grips with affiliate marketing and the different industries involved.

How would you describe yourself in 3 words

Outgoing, Enthusiastic and Optimistic.

What was the last thing you purchased online?

Tickets to Anchorman at an outdoor cinema. I always say I should do things in London and then not do them. So I have made a list (which is growing) of different things I want do. The first on the list is to go to an outdoor cinema, which is possibly not the greatest idea with the British weather!

What attracted you to the industry?

I wanted to be a part of an industry where I can make a big impact, and with the opportunities available in affiliate marketing I felt that this industry was perfect. I also love all things digital and it’s great to be involved in an industry which I have a real passion for.

What do you love most about affiliate marketing?

I love the fact that the technology is continuing to evolve and adapt, especially here at affilinet. There is so much more to affiliate marketing than meets the eye and I am excited to be able to share and educate this information to my clients.

Sophie joined affilinet as a Marketing Executive in September 2013, after an internship in PR. She is responsible for pro the implementation of the UK marketing strategy and raising brand awareness through events, PR and online activity.
