We’re delighted to announce that we have once again posted record financial results with growth of 13.4% in the first half of 2013. This was down to new business wins and the development of existing accounts. The UK market has been a key driver of this success, where we have grown our key accounts by 38% in comparison to the same period last year.
In addition to successfully winning new clients across affilinet internationally, we’ve able to increase our presence in the long tail segment. Combined these factors have resulted in a very positive first half of the year. In the last six months we’ve really honed our strategy and its good to see that it is resonating well with the marketplace.
These results clearly show that by working with advertisers to adopt a more strategic approach by taking into consideration key elements such as a customers lifetime value and focusing on quality, we are delivering something different in the marketplace.
Such unprecedented growth in a market that many have said is reaching maturity is testament to our ability to bring together the insight, expertise and resource to deliver programs that show a real understanding of our client’s business’ and as a result have a tangible impact.
We’re looking forward to seeing this growth trend continue in the second half of this year!
Prior to joining affilinet, she was Managing Director at Solon Management Consulting, an international management consultancy focused on Telecom and Media. Her work included the development of new business models for European media and telecommunications businesses and a broad range of M&A projects.
During her career she has also managed strategic European market research at Deutsche Telekom and has been a researcher at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems Engineering and Innovation Research.
Dorothea is an industrial engineer and has a PhD in economics.
Her philosophy is that successful management means broadening your horizons and inspiring people.
